Closed-loop dynamic control schemes

The objectives of WP4 are to unity the results of the other WP's into a suite of practical wind power plant controllers, and to use the lessons learned to develop guidelines and standards for the design of wind power plants with advanced control functions. WP4 takes a view centered on the owner-operator of the wind power plant, looking to maximize profit, with markets determining the value to society of the energy produces, and grid code compliance as a constraint.
